a. We extend any warranty provided by the manufacturer to the patient.
b. We communicate specific product warranty information at the time of scheduling or delivery.
c. When a patient notifies SOS Medical of a defective or damaged product SOS Medical will immediately ship replacement product(s) to the patient. We do no not require receipt of any product(s) previously delivered before shipping a replacement item. Only after the patient has received the correct items ordered do we initiate the retrieval of any items previously delivered. When necessary, SOS Medical will expedite shipping and handling of the replacement product(s) at no cost to the patient. Defective and damaged products are returned to the manufacturer or disposed.
